Is there a way to move the battery back further, and remove the tail weight ? The lighter the better 👍🏼

There is not in the stock configuration. A few guys have removed the airbrake and hollowed out that compartment to fit a pack there. This plane flies better with the tail weight than to not add the weight and fly nose heavy.
