Well, Robbie has a very hard time following simple instructions... "Stay down, don't move, don't make eye contact". Simple
Try to be on his place at the moment, I think it’s more Hammonds fault spearing no expenses at training their workers about what do to on a scenario like that.
My man PANICKED.
For a moment I thought you were referring to me!
Agreed
I assumed he had a head injury or something after the attacks and probably coudlnt think straight
Honestly love the subversion of 'gentle herbivores' here. Herbivores are often even more dangerous than carnivores-hell the most dangerous animal in Africa is a herbivore-the Cape Buffalo (with Hippo's a close second)! So having Pachy's being the big bad animal here makes sense but I was kind of hoping a full grown Dilophosaurus would show up.
Hell yeah. Even a fully grown cow is extremely dangerous simply because they're just so heavy.
Hippos are omnivore
I read recently that Pachys have been suspected to a degree that it may have included meat in its diet. That the most recent and complete fossil jaw shows that it had serrated blade-like front teeth, reminiscent of those of carnivorous theropods. So it is possible that it may have also hunted for prey, so could you imagine it hunting people too?
@@EternalRoman I don;t know about people, but they might hunt me. I'm an Arizona Mantle Slug (Pallifera pilsbryi).
Is a mosquito considered a carnivore? I hear it's the second most dangerous organism next to humans.
Robbie panicking and not being able to follow instructions was very realistic. The jump scare got me! Fantastic job as always. People who don't think big herbivores are dangerous have clearly never been around any. I grew up on a farm and even domesticated cattle can be deadly in the right circumstances. Dinosaurs? Utterly terrifying.
Finally someone understands that in situations of utter shock and fear, people do not have the reasoning and capacity to “follow instructions”. Comments prove that the majority of people have rarely or never been in a fight or flight situation where logic and rationality goes out the door. You get it! Thanks for the comment
I was thinking about this and came back to comment! I also think what contributed to this was that his radio guide broke his trust by not looking after the whereabouts of the Triceratops. Kinda put me in the "I'm really on my own" vibe at that point.
I would literally rather swim with a shark than with a hippo.
@@ali-awadait's like how in horror movies, the person can't undo the chain lock or get the key in the door. Also, we're taught to stop, drop, and roll if we're ever on fire but who can remember that when you're literally ON FIRE
@@cooperminion825 Precisely!
“All the dinosaurs are dangerous to some capacity” The Jurassic Park movies underestimated the Pachycephalosaurids
what are you talking about? On his first appearence he destroyed a guy headbutting him through a jeep.
Friar Tuck just headbutted a jeep over. That's pretty dangerous to me.
Tbf the pachycephalosaurus did headbutt a person through a jeep in the TLW and in JWFK a single Stygimoloch smashed through a brick wall just head rushed an entire crowd of people
How there wasn’t just a pile of bodies in that room is beyond me
@@fredorex8433 They hardly kill anyone
Bro I swear I jolted when the Pachycephalosaurus rammed the car over
You're not alone. When the POV from Robbie's camera went left and the Pachy was there I said "Oh shit!" haha
Same lol 😳
Same! That was so well made!
ME TOO
I thought I was in his situation just to make me cringe at his pain.
Another great one Ali. The suspense really worked and it was good that you did something with Herbivores instead of the normal Carnivore. Really happy I was here to witness it for the premier
So glad you liked it, and thank you for tuning in!

Three shots from a Pachy, that’s very painful & bone breaking too get hit by such force. Would definitely be deadly. Awesome job on this.
They DO have thick solid bone, so it makes sense they can and would break and shatter bones if they indeed use them as headbutting tools.
There's good logical arguments against this sort of behavior (as solid bone hitting solid bone in head butting like goats would cause head, neck and even brain injuries to the headbutter) but nature hasn't always been "smart" so we can't rule out the possibility Pachys really did use them this way.
Ah. Exactly how I imagined cgi from back in the day.
Also, I love how using the term "bull" implies that the staff actually knew there were male dinos, and that Hammond was the only one who didn't want to admit it.
Thank you for bringing horror back to Jurrasic Park.
I never thought pachy could be so scary
I don't know, I'm as scared of it as much as I am a rhino. Sure, it won't impale me, but considering its size, that headbutt must feel like being hit by a truck.
In The Lost World Novel they have a great terrifying scene!
"Spared no expense eh?", brilliant. Fantastic as always! 👍Agree with the previous comments made, Netflix should get in touch with you about making a series
All of Robbie's misfortune could have been avoided if he just played dead
The best part of this clip is that the behavior of pachy and the triceratops are like real life animals. This is evident from the precautions like :
Not to make eye contact, showing back or fleeing away (especially when they're aggressive), as it would pose him as a threat or challenger
This is exactly what us JP fans deserve. This adaptation is by far the best I have seen. I wish there is someone in the biz watching your vids and might just offer you a deal to get this done in a real TV series. That would most definitely get an emmy or golden globe imo.. Keep it up @Ali Awada
Wow, thank you!
@@ali-awada thank you for this content. Love from INDIA..
Amazing work..- Robby asked for Death
He can't get enough!
Ali produced more dinosaur masterpieces in the last year than Hollywood in 10 years 🤩 all the best to you, my friend! 🙌🙌🙌
Robbie literally did everything NOT to survive, but Tim didn't do a good job of looking out for his friend
"I'll keep an eye on the herd!"
*looks down to take note* Seriously, how hard is "the trike is dead on site" to remember for later?
A Bull trike, huh? "I don't remember that being on InGen's list"! I love the inclusion of the mourning behavior, and am curious to see if there are going to be future revelations about perhaps some of the employees being aware that the animals were breeding and why they wouldn't have reported it to Hammond. A tie in to the hatched raptor eggs shown in the first movie, that would have had to have been laid before the sabotage perhaps?
According to the novel, the trikes were amongst the dinosaurs that were breeding, so it does make sense.
@@DvailenThat’s not right. Compies, raptors, Maiasaura, hypsies, and othnelia were breeding in the novel. They were the only species with amphibian DNA. The Lost World novel was different, obviously, with all species breeding.
@@Pfenix23 I appreciate the correction. It's been a while since I've read the book.
@@Pfenix23which is weird for in the novel, two dilos were by the river and they were doing a mating dance.
@@Donovan_oryx924 If the park would have remained for another 6-12 months they might have noticed an increase in Dilophosaurus as well.
I love all your Jurassic stuff but this has to be one of my favs. Works as a great example of “these might not be carnivores but they’re still very dangerous wild animals, who will try to kill you if they feel in danger”
That sound the pachy made was chilling! Love how shrill and birdlike it was
Loved the first person and VHS look on this, turned out really good
Leaving the gates open gives me such ramped up anxiety 🙈😂
Robie should have listened to his boss from the beginning, he acted impulsively and doomed himself.
Its very cool that u give this horror aspect not only to the conventional candidates - herbivores can inflict pain and anxiety too ^^ love this one again like all the others!
love how you made small herbivores like the pachy just suspenseful and jump scare filled scenes as predator based videos. awesome blew this out of the water man.
Awesome portrayal that its not just the carnivores you need to watch out for.
After he went to the first gate and we heard that chilling sound. He walked back to the jeep and then the screen went static, thanks for the jump scare lol
This was a good one, slow at first then things start to ramp up faster and faster. Plus, the first person perspective really helped put us in Robbie's shoes for the whole thing.
Oh Robbie if only you listened and stayed down! Great work as always this is incredible!
Very well done. The jumpscare was realistic (where it wasn't a dino charging at him immediately) and the attack only started with the jerky suddenness of him starting the jeep, startling the creature. The voice acting could use a smoother touch, but overall, excellent short.
Oh, boy! You've nailed it again! Absolutely blown away by this one! The dialogue is so well-written and flows so effortlessly, almost as if it's something Quentin Tarantino would write. Also, the mood, suspense, twists-all packed into under 8 minutes! It's truly something. I felt like I was transported back to 1991. Excellent job, man! And those unexpected, never-before-seen animal behaviors? Mind-blowing!
I’m so happy you liked it
Pachycephalosaurus was always my favorite dinosaur. Great job 👍
I think of the Pachy in comparison to today's Ram! Very dangerous and ramming everything in its way! Great work Mr. Awada and for all of your special effects!
See?! You can’t let your guard down, even around the herbivores! This guy deserves his Darwin Award for not listening!
Robbie doesn’t listen. Woulda been a simple mission… love these videos so much man. They get better everytime!
Surprised, he DIDN'T get instantly bodied the first time it struck him from behind.
He took like a dozen headbutts.
i think having the audio of them speaking be more bugged and having worse quality would make things more realistic, but thats just a small suggestion. This video is great
I had a jump scare here, 6:03! Wonderful work!👏🏻👏🏻
these get more and more believable every time.
Bro, another amazing piece of art! You continue to amaze me and the fans with your dedication and passion!
Thank you so much 😀
I was shouting at the screen for him to stay on the dam floor 😂
"Herbivores are friendly, they can't hurt you!"
Meanwhile Ali: "Are you sure about that?" XD
Once again, amazing and scary video Ali. You should be hired for the upcoming Jurassic World as a screenwriter ;)
Have a good day and I'll be waiting for the next video ;)
Haha! Thanks so much and appreciate you being at the premiere!
I doubt that a Pachycephalosaurus in the dark would be scary, but I trust you man, your shorts are really cool, especially the one with the Velociraptors invading the house, it was very well done.
Bruh do you know what a pachy can do. It’s basically a battering ram on legs. Imagine being hit by a sledgehammer every time he gets hit. Is it still not scary?
the trespasser series is his greatest work in my opinion
It was Dakotoraptor I believe that invaded the house
You're one of those folk that try to pet wild goats, aren't you?
@@Jimmy94411 yeah. I was going to go with something bigger but wanted to emphasize that a cute little goat is going to beat this Chazz in a fight.
THIS is what Jurassic Park is supposed to be! Very well done!
Robbie was the worst pick for that job. If you can't fallow directions, you shouldn't work with any kinds of animals, that includes ones from millions of years ago. Also great job making these seemingly harmless dinosaurs feel intimidating!
Poor Robbie just couldn't handle the pressure. Tim should've sent someone with him in order to watch his back. Especially at night.
This little film is sad as well as scary. Love the little mourning scene.
It was so terrifying the packy attacking from behind. Great job!! Still waiting for the sorna episodes
LET'S GOOO BACK AGAIN CANT WAIT 🎉❤
poor Robbie should have asked for OT and a half after the last "incident" 😅
Absolute beautiful portrayal of natural behaviour in dinosaurs and a good showcase of the actual menaces marginocephalians would be if we had to face them!
Amazing as always! I love seeing the herbivores getting more attention as the dangerous assets they are, and why most carnivores stay away from some of them
These are so compelling - Love it!
This will be GLORIOUS
i've become such a fan of your Jurassic videos that i like them even at the very start of the videos haha. enjoy them so much!
You are a gem!
Great work! Best JP content in years! Would like to see a full movie from you. You‘re genius! 👍🏻
Wow, thanks!
Absolutely scary....when the pachy first attacked the jeep, i was more scared than Robbie.....
Wow it was awesome, it really gived me chills and early Jurassic park horror vibes, plus this shows that even herbivores can be very dangerous and not to be messed with, great job man 👍🏻
I played this for my older brother and mom. They had bets that it was gonna be a raptor that kills him. When the packy showed the confusion they showed was hilarious. Even more so when they realize that this herbivore is aggressive
Well my friend, you did it again.
You've made another masterpiece. I think this is maybe in my Top-3 or 4 favorites of all your videos.
I hope you continue to make more. I really look forward to all your new ideas.
Holy shit this gave me all sorts of edges and goosebumps. Very well done! I jolted at all the Pachy slams.
This was amazing, I love the suspense, your storytelling skills are amazing! And the herbivores as a threat, amazing!
Those Pachies are deadly.
Never stop making those. They're too good!
I jumped and felt real fear.
This one was superb, so much tension and the switching in of a herbivore was great, most of the time when carnivores are there it's over fast, Robbie got slowly bludgeoned to death. Should've listened to his boss and stayed on the ground
🙏
It's 17 hours away right now? I'm still giving this a "Like" and saying "Great Job Ali!" because I trust him that much to deliver great content.
Just as I expected, Ali went way beyond my expectations with this one. RIP Robby, but you should have listened to those instructions.
The pressure is on 😅
@@ali-awada your the Best my Lord 😊
Once again, amazing work! The sounds and the animation were incredibly amazing!
Just as perfect and suspenseful as most of your JP videos 👍
Thanks 👍
That was amazing. I bet Tarantino or the Coen brothers would have a scene like this if they did Jurassic Park. Just a realistic scene of horror shown from beginning to end with no crazy music or hollywood gimmicks.
Amazing Job Ali...
Thank you 🙏
Seriously working a night shift at JP in this line of work would be a nightmare! Especially if your job is to make sure the Herbivores are fine and inspecting them nightly too :O
This is cool because it seems like something that could really happen. Zoo keepers get killed by animals like elephants pretty regularly.
What says
Ali brooo you always SLAYYYY!! LET'S GOOOO 🔥❤️
Dude these videos get my heart pumping! They're so intense. I wish the movies were like this
I jumped a couple of times! This one is really good!
Great job! I look forward to more of your work and also the next episode of Sorna…Also, not gonna lie, but the way Robby kept trying to get away and ultimately making his predicament worse reminded me of that episode of SpongeBob when Squidward got attacked by a Seabear 😹
“They hate limping more than crawling!”

Owwie, poor Robbie! Lol nice one :D
He’s replaceable 😂 he respawns in every vid
Gave me the creeps!! So well done!! 👍🏻 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I definitely jumped and screamed. These are amazingly terrifying 🦖🦕
the first pachy sound jolted me up and my knee hit the table ugh!
that was fantastic! please, can we have some more?!
Never a miss with Ali!
Thank you 🙏
That was really great! Awesome work!
Learning maya looking forward to doing something like this, this is nice
You can do it!
I like how u are goin with the novel
That was beyond awesome!! ❤
You really made me jump a little bit when I was sitting down watching this!!! 😊
I'll continue to say this, you have a lot of talent and Thank you for creating this for us all!!!
Obviously Robby has zero common sense and he doesn't understand how to follow simple instructions...😶
For everyone saying that he did everything wrong at the end, that is missing the point of the head injury he sustained from the jeep getting rolled. Coupled with the previous fight or flight response from the trike incident, no, you are not going to be thinking straight at all. He also is likely tuning out the radio chatter at this point, the radio man has failed him several times, and is in no actual position to help him. We hear that the bull and others are on the otherside of the habitate, so how did they move so quickly? Feels more like someone got set up.
He absolutly should never have gone out alone, and the overtime comment is pretty indicitive of this not being the way it should be running.
Where he did fail is by not closing the first gate when he entered the trike pen.
Well said. I think you pieced together all the clues I laid and are the first commenter to actually understand the story😁 Yes, lots of people just say things like he should just listen, but that's not what's going on! Thanks for the comment!
8 mins of absolute thrill.
damn.... you know you're good when you can make herbivores absolutely terrifying
Spared no expense lol my gosh the voice acting in this is phenomenal and that line made me laugh so hard
Thank you 🙏

"Man, every time I run this dinosaur charges me. There's only one way out this: Run MORE."
Awesome job. Great episode. Keep making more please 😊
You have a great sense for rendering tension, thank you for the good time watching your movies
Judging by how far just one of the pachys ram did to Robbie, I’m surprised he managed to survive THAT many attacks 😳
This was amazing to watch.Well done.Well done indeed.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This is quite solid and nicely executed. I like how you took the premise of the medical check and a downed Trike from the canon movie/book and used it for the scenario, and used a dinosaur I didn't expect as the "antagonist". It;s rare that these VHS tapes - and hell, that people in general - remember that herbivores are fucking *scary* in the right contexts and can be just as aggressive, if not more so, than predatory animals. Everyone's like "haha lions are the freakiest" until they see what an enraged elephant brings to the table. Robbie not following instructions works too; panic does *a lot* to people under hard circumstances, and the desire for the *appearance* of safety can overcome what would actually help you in the moment.
This being said, I do have a minute complaint. The mechanical/building/machine parts of the video kind of stick out like sore thumbs. They look like they've just been installed/freshly transported to the island. Bear in mind though I am a layman and I don't know how to animate, so take this as you will.
I think the best example of this was the gate door. It looks too "clean" for something that's on a tropical island, and in the middle of a jungle at that. It doesn't need to be covered in muck and be rusty, but it should show a small amount of wear and tear. Some mud/dirt smeared on the bottom portions from people going through it before, bits of leaves and other organic detritus hanging around/leaving marks on it, stains from water and other natural forces. The fences and entrances in the movies, at least to me, showed some signs of fading color, they didn't shine unless water was on them.
The same goes for the outside of the JP Jeep; some wear and tear would make it and the gate feel better integrated into the world IMO. For the inside of the Jeep I suggest adding some "personal flair" if that makes sense; customization by the driver(s) to make it feel more "homey" and comfortable to them and other park staff.
Also at 2:42 the fence has a split on the left side. IDK if that's intentional but judging by the other fence sections lacking this gap, I'm assuming it's not.
That said, these really don't affect the video as a whole, they're just my observations. Well done all around.
Thanks for taking the time and I completely agree with you. A grittier appearance to those items would add to the realism, absolutely. My work consists of a lot of compromises based on the complexity of each shot and trying to balance the time it would take to render my vision for each shot. With additional textures and polygons, I run the risk of having renders taking days to finish, which doesn’t work for my workflow and upload schedule. So the work around is prioritising which elements serve the story and sacrificing those that don’t. This keeps me relatively sane as I know myself; once a project is taking too long, I tend to lose interest, and then my biggest fear is not finishing something I started. Thanks for the comment!
