International players are running the show now. The favorites to win MVP are European as well as African with Joel, Giannis and Nikola. DPOY favorites are international as well. This has been the case for last 3 years and yet they don't seem to get the respect that they deserve. Giannis has been the most disrespected finals MVP I have seen.

As NBA players, Anthony Davis is definitely better than Pau Gasol. A simple comparison of stats can tell you that much. As for Lillard, the Blazers let LaMarcus Aldridge walk for nothing in return. Dude was averaging 22 and 10 and was a 4 time consecutive All Star prior to leaving. Most people seem to forget this. Lillard (along with CJ McCollum) has kept the Blazers relevant and in the playoffs ever since, until this season. That is most likely why he is Top 75.
