MIB had more comedic moments and a humorous undertone compared to the more straight-laced DCAU Batman shows though. But there were plenty of dark moments and episodes too, like The Alpha Syndrome (a character who disappointingly never appeared in the live action movies).
R.I.P to my brother we use to celebrate this cartoon specialy when it comes to 1:33 Friday night or saturday mornings we use to watch this show wish he was there that we talked about it.
I snagged this track right into my music playlist somewhere between 2013 and 2014. I played this on a loop during my 8 to 13 hour shifts at a restaurant I worked at. It definitely made those hours fly real fast. Yes, I know this video is four years old, but there was another post just like this with the same video around the time I downloaded it.
Hello childhood it was nice to see ya again. I remember watching this on the TV in the back of my late grandmother's conversion van. When she be taking me to her house to spend a few nights over there i loved it. Rip grandma you are missed. My grandmother always knew what channel to have the tv on in her van. And yes I'd be in the back seat with the remote in hand.
I love how well this capture the mundanity of another day at the "police station" the word men in black is supposed to be and the way it repeats is like fragments of memories that where not erases completely
Truly a Gem of a cartoon out of all of the cartoons ever produced in the 90s :). *sigh* Ile be honest the 60s, 70s and 90s were probbly the 3 greatest eras of cartoon production :).

@@ODSTOninersIxTwO All those series were pretty boring and childish in my opinion, except for Batman Beyond and Billy and Mandy maybe. Kid's channels were filled with creepy, original and mature cartoons in the early years and kids loved them, that's what made it so awesome.
@@unmorcipan I disagree with static stock big time. That show was able to combine real life situations with being a superhero show perfectly with out anything feeling forced.
Heh heh heh hey! That is a really cool extension, very seamless. And it really lasts long enough to get you feeling it even more. Nice work! And yeah, I sure wish the series had endured further. The movies are cool, but the show was 10 times more badass, and more like what tone and stuff was supposed to be implied.

Boondocks hasn't been adapted yet. It was still a comic strip on a newspaper before the creator and director of boondocks adapt into a series. Sure. MiB looks similar to boondocks animation artstyle but boondocks hasn't been adapted yet until late to mid 2000s
They really enjoy casual walking...

I can attest to that; hadn't heard this in literally decades until something reminded me of this and I looked it up and it was just as I remembered.

I loved how we had cartoons like this that also didn't mind being dark, this and Batman Beyond/Animated Series

batman beyond was one of the few childhood defining cartoons for me
Dark as in not being on drugs that cause hyper activity that eats brain cells. :)
J: we have been walking down the hall for 54 seconds and have not gone anywhere.
K: shut up, slick.
😝
"Just roll with it, Slick."
"Just keep walking Slick"

Best animated intro
By far one of the best intros to a cartoon series ever.
the west doesn't make cartoons like this anymore
Nope now they make shit like velma
1:52 i like the women voice so magical and mysterious
The aliens dancing is so nostalgic.
real nice that it’s been customed and extended. now i can listen to the hard coolness of the intro without quick changes.
I heard something in a show that reminded me of this, lmao I had to find this FAST. I still love this!

not really
Rumour has it, they're still walking down this section of sidewalk to this very day.
The best alien caught theme ever OMG !!!
