1 kg broken wheat (dalia)
2 kg mutton

1/2 cup green chilli sauce
1/2 cup red chilli sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
100 gms masoor dal
150 gms black gram
gram masala
250 ml milk
500 ml oil
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp red chilli powder
150 gms pure ghee
mint leaves

Wow very rich ingredients... I think I made this many times without my knowledge and thought I was making haleem instead. Quiet close... I've added couscous, dal and minced meat instead of mashing them all. When properly cooked they all eventually mash. Anyways it was the best recipe when I made it as many of my friends loved it.
