Good stuff Chuck, crushing some ore is always interesting. I just made a video of improving some parts in my jaw crusher and reassembled it, crushed some quartz and put it through my hammer mill, it makes short work of quartz. That video will be out in a week or two, check it out if your interested in jaw crushers and hammer mills. Cheers Pete

Yes I did build the crusher. I have started building an impact crusher for a faster smaller crush.

What mesh is your classifier?

the classifier under the crusher is a 12 mesh. The screens used for the table start at 10 and go to 60 mesh.
