- So here it is, after test riding the Honda CMX Rebel 500 and the Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. I settled for the Vulcan S.
I felt the bike just fitted me a lot better than the Honda. The Honda is still an amazing motorcycle and you should Definitely test ride it if you are thinking about purchasing one.

As a Canadian I am always amazed at the filtering. I would have loved to do it at times but my VL1500 with full luggage is too wide.

I’ve never been into cruisers but with this bike the more you look at it the better it gets, it has some really lovely details, great choice I’d say.

Congrats on the new bike! I watched your previous comparison vlog and was interested to see what the outcome would be (I had my money on the Vulcan, it came across as "the one"). I'm looking forward to hearing how you get on with it long term, it's a bike I keep looking at (the Rebel too if I'm honest) so it will be very helpful to have a UK perspective on riding and ownership. Good luck with the breaking in period, I hope you two enjoy many happy miles together :)

I got the 2022 vulcan s 650 and love it.. With the emission standards these days it makes it jerky at low revs and alot of engine braking. I got me a booster plug and it helped it out a lot.. So the booster plug says its for 17' to 20' and stopped supporting after that but the booster plugs will work in 21' and 22' just fine.

I traded in my Ninja zx6r for a 2021 Vulcan S. The bike is affordable, insurance is extremely cheap, and has a good amount of torque for a 2 cylinder bike.

I have the Vulcan S ABS Cafe (2021) and I'm very much enjoying the bike. No doubt I made the right choice getting one for my needs commuting to campus as a teacher. It's perfect and how power and performance enough with its 650. Enjoy!

Purchased my kawasaki vulcan performance. Pick it up in a couple of weeks. Can't wait. Will be changing my mirrors tho and getting a tail tidy for it. Let me know what mods if any you'll be making.
I'll be changing the mirrors when I find something I like, I've added a radiator guard, the performance exhaust will be installed hopefully soon, they had a back log on them apparently. And I'll be getting a tail tidy. I think that'll be it

My personal opinion the matte misterious grey is the best. Not boring to see it, bcos if we look closely detail color grey is amazing.😱

It's a brilliant bike isn't it. I've got the arrow system on it now. Unfortunately when I collected it there was a backlog and they didn't have one in time

Very nice first review. Now, after a year of ownership what are your feelings or possible misgivings please?
Well, I've sadly stopped riding it. It's got 900miles on the clock and she's parked up. My partner got diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2021 and stopped work. Therefore I've struggled to afford & justify running two bikes. I'll be selling it ASAP. Probably chopping it in to a dealer who can clear the finance.
But in the several months I Rode it. It's a good bike, comfortable, fun, exciting to ride and looks brilliant. I really do enjoy it

500. The 1100 is a good bike but the actual frame on the rebel isn't cruiser style enough

Why didn’t you get something heavier? Like Yamaha VMax or something like a muscle cruiser in general?
The cheap running cost was a big part of this new bike. I've got a CBF1000GT as my daily bike. This is just a cheap, simple fun bike to ride about with for a while

Can you please tell me how far you can go on a full tank of fuel. Thank you.
The most I've had out of one tank since owning is 168miles before I put more fuel in. I'm going to do an in depth video on the fuel economy on this bike
