I have an RV camera system (Furrion)for my trailers. Will this monitor pick up those cameras so I don't have to buy another set of cameras to use when pulling my trailers?

Unfortunately, the system you have does not accept or sync up with any other brand. But swapping to one of our systems will give you an all around better experience with a perfect image up to 150ft.

Do you have to Pair it every time power is disconnected?

You only pair it the first time (usually it is pre-paired)
