- Cleaning and inspecting the roof. Scraping the heat absorbing black stuff off of it. Transmission fluid leak was getting worse. Got the furnace & water heater going. Fixed the water pump & a few water leaks.
This is a 1975 TEC motorhome. The model is LARK. It is build on a 1975 Ford E350 Camper Special chassis. It has a 460 CID engine and a C6 transmission. It is a pre-emissions vehicle. It's 21 feet, bumper to bumper. I bought it in Sept 1991 and used it occasionally for about 9 years. It's been setting for the last 20 years. Now that I'm retired, I think I'd like to have a small motorhome to mess around with. I will not be restoring this to pristine showroom condition nor will I be going ultra modern. I only want it to be useable and reliable. Mostly for my fishing and metal detecting trips. Basically a cabin on wheels.
Motorhome is looking good ;D
Thanks.
Problem is, when you are done, the best you can expect is you got an old rv.
