Hitting the ball with the heel of ur hand helps a lot for more power

@@Teeco10 I DIDNT SEEE i didn't end up making the team but I decided to not stop trying. IT WAS HARD I couldn't even serve when I wrote this comment and I was crushed when I dint make it but I realized I wast going to let mean players or bad coaches take away the one thing that I love, volleyball :)) Im trying out for my high school team soon and even if I dont make it I'm still going to keep trying and keep showing up because really the only one I'm watching is myself.
