I think that the first butterfly would look good with that navy flower border around it. Love the way the black butterfly turned out.

Happy Nurse's Appreciation Week and Happy Mother's Day, as well. I wanted to see the green but, in the end, liked the blue once you had it sewn. I like this pattern and think to make it go even faster (and a tad bigger) I'll use a charm pack! I adore AMH and think the blocks are stunning against the black background. I would have opted for a brighter body such as teal or pink--I suspect this will be well-loved by whomever gets it! Thank you for sharing!

Love it, I have been collecting butterfly fabric for awhile so will go with this, was going to use Pat sloan pattern but I like this one much better. Would be cool also in Tula or Kaffe fabric, sew on!
