UNION GROUP: Radical amendment would make homeschoolers subject to state rules

This summer, the Arkansas teachers' union and their allies have been hosting "town hall meetings" in various Arkansas cities, attempting to gin up support for their radical "Education Rights Amendment of 2024."
In this clip, one of the group's spokesmen (Bill Kopsky) says Arkansas homeschoolers would be required to meet public school standards under the amendment, should they choose to participate in the state's new education freedom program.
