I remember when my Mom bought me the Joey starter deck back in 2004 and wow. It was just such a nostalgic moment. I was so happy to have scargoat and penguin soldier. 😂😂 the thousand dragon common kinda brought me back too the good ol days.

I am still happy that I still have my Retro pack 1 Blue-eyes white dragon UR which I bought years ago in NM condition. My English collection of every blue-eyes white dragon is still growing, do have some OCG blue-eyes going at SM-51 (Spell mask OCG -- Labyrinth of nightmare TCG). Let me know if you own every english print of blue-eyes.

Where on Amazon did you find these retro packs? Been trying to get my hands on some to relive some old memories but all the ones I find on Amazon the reviewers say the cards are fake.
bruh, they have reprint packs at walmart FFS, these are not rare, they stuff these into those rip-off walmart boxes all the time because they have so many of them

Awesome opening! I once bought $60 worth of metal raiders packs, years ago on my 11th birthday from K mart. I pulled a B. Skull Dragon from one of them. It was a great day lol.

I got one of these last week for nostalgia sake. I p.o ulled a Mirror Force, Head of Exodia, and some other decent hit. I was stoked as hell over pulling cards I ne or got to as a kid.

jaden yuki this is a reprint actually. Its first printing was in Magic Ruler, but because this set is so rare its still pretty pricey even though it is a reprint

The money cards are not the ultra rares. The secret rares are the money cards. Secrets in 10 range anywhere from $600-$2500+.

I know this is old comment but i am curious how much cost this box nowadays or even back then.
@@qwanto111 they where like 15 euros for a minii box of 3 packs in stores, Thats like 17,5 dollars. I sold them 4 years ago between 800-1000 euro a mini box. Now they are like between 3000-5000 for a minibox of 3 booster packs
@@andreas10617 youre kidding right... I have one by myself but unfortunatelly box is broken so only sealed 3 packs i think that will decrese value by a lot right? Also does new upcoming Retro pack reprint decrease value of the original one?
@@qwanto111 yes that decreases the value i had one where the box was a little sunbleached and sold this one for 800 when the prices where 1000+, now the person who bought that sunbleached one is asking 2000 and all other sellers who sell good to perfect boxes examples ask 3000-5000 dollars a mini box on cardmarket, thats like the european variant of tcgplayer.

These packs themselves are not rare at all, not sure why this guy claims its so rare, they have re-print packs right now at my local wal-mart. They also shoved these into those scam boxes at wal-mart/target for ages, they have a massive surplus of them.
