      @@bsw051 Reread the comment. Relatively speaking, it is true. You can make tricky puzzles with one solution fairly easily compared to making a puzzle that gives you many red herrings away from the true solution

    I totally called it that the mouse was going to go into a square shape and not a circle shape!!!

    Enjoyed the editing for this one. Made things feel snappy and yet still was interesting and held my attention. Wonderful puzzle for sure! Loved the intuitive solution being incorrect. Plus it's playing with cheese, how could it not be fun!

    Edit: he just solved it! Now my first comment is embarrassing, but I’ll leave it. It’s so rewarding to watch Chris solve puzzles - the intelligence, patience, tenacity and ability to think outside of the box are just amazing. I would never have solved that. Respect!

    It’s elegant because not only were all the round holes red herrings, but the entire puzzle is about fitting the prices into a square, and the final solution was about the blue piece fitting into a square too. You were staring at the answer the whole time

    Packing puzzles like this always blow me away, just making the solution that specific, and making sure there's nowhere else for the final piece to fit, I don't even know where to begin with making something like this.

    It's difficult because there can be 4 different prospectives to solve it, since its a 4 sided puzzle, and you can visually see all the solutions at the same time. Its a good mind trick forsure!

    I love that where it led you was a lie, and that the circle ended up in a square, but I really REALLY hate that the final solution has two misaligned circle halves. Just completely detracts from the elegance for me.

      Yeah I see that but the whole point is the dot goes in a square hole and if you lined up the two halves you would get a circular hole for it

    To remember how to do this puzzle, you just need to find the 3 right-angle corners and point them into the center next to each other. The last 2 pieces are easy to figure out after that before adding in the mouse. Such a brilliant puzzle, misleading you into thinking that you need to form a circle to fit the circular mouse when you essentially need to do the opposite. I eventually first solved this puzzle not by trying to make a space for the mouse to fit (which I started off doing) but by trying to just make the other pieces fit.

    That was really awesome. I had a sneaking suspicion that there would be some obvious solution that you wouldn't see until it was done. But then most puzzles are like that aren't they? Love ya Chris. You are the best! 👍💯✌🇨🇦🧩🃏♟❤

    From your second close solve attempt I Just knew the pieces were going to have to arrange in am aperture formation it's so wild how i like literally shouted it out that early such an interesting puzzle i would have loved to have my first hand experience with that but I still feel like I kinda got both your reaction and my own! such a wild feeling watching you solve these fit in the space jigsaw puzzles P.S. im posting this the day after with a return view for ya.

    Years ago I had a similar puzzle like this one... After what felt like hours I took a break and when I came back with a coffee it was done. Next to it sat my 5 year old son and said "mom, I fixed it" 🤣
