Incredible performance from Chris. Measured, intelligent and disciplined boxing. Quite a lot of pressure on him as well but he smashed it.

Lots of variety in his movement, which yes involved clinching which is perfectly legal and a good tactic. (Can disrupt your opponents pace, frustrate them) Not to mention landing clean shots inside and out.
I came into the fight as a Marku fan. He didn’t do enough, plain and simple. Head was not in the game. Chris was demonstrating smart boxing that can be hard for a casual to catch on to. So I’ll let you off mate.
@@isao2952 well U said in ur opinion let's have a discussion and not play the casual card becouse IV watched combat sports of all sorts for a long time I'm just saying in other fights to referees are very inconsistent in punishing excessive clinching which is a big thing. I agree good performance and look he should do it if it's not Gunna be penalised I don't blame him he won the fight fair and square I'm just staying in my opinion his clinching was excessive and it shouldn't be one rule for big home fighters and another for the next not saying Marku won at all.

Boxing masterclass. I was there and Chris boxed excellently. He was in control the whole match. Crazy to think most had him and an underdog! Look forward to seeing what's next for Kongo. I have Kongo beating Connor Benn!

Watch the fight again. There was no constant clinching. Look at the punch output. Boxing on the backfoot amd consistently tagging Marku with good shots

Marku spend to much energy first 5 rounds. Didn’t listen to his coaching team. Didn’t take his chances. Didn’t realise that congo had longer arms and on end he payed the price. Marku is great boxier he can take shots but he needs to find the right timing to throw clean punches
12 round he did the same exactly combo and movement without any results, he has no plan b. Kongo was so good at staying in the plannwithout mistakes ,that's boxing finding ways to have results

as a whole I have respect for every person who stepped into a Boxing ring so I have a Basic respect for every Human being who is stepping into a Ring and fight .....so only to clear that.....Me myself as an Albanian I have much Respect for my Countrymen no doubt about that hes fighting for making a living so again like I said before I have an basic respect for everyone who is stepping in a Boxing ring .....But and there is a big but ....my Countrymen is no doubt an experienced fighter and is strong but he really underestameted Chris Kongo that's for sure and we can see it now .....Chris Kongo out boxed him clearly with a good Strategy .....he took his distance and out boxed him with good jabs and then with a good right hand often times and landet more effective punches.......so congratulations to Chris Kongo he was bit the Underdog but he proved himself.....Despite all of this I think it should be a Second fight or even a Third ....so that Florian Marku have the chance to change his mistakes he made I think it would be fair to give him a second chance.....because he clearly underestimated Chris Kongo and he paid his price.....but anyway Good fight .....

Are you saying he went in there injured? It wasn't the main event, he could've easily postponed the fight... If he got injured during the fight then so do lots of fighters. Calzaghe, Mayweather, and many other top level fighters get injured and still win, it's another way to seprate the levels of fighters, how they deal with adversity.
