Respect for the exposed to chemical damage... Support our forces
What about uranium depleted Sabot rounds on tanks?
I was just informed that the Community Care program is being closed as of Oct 1, 2022. Apparently an act of congress, but I can't find any information on this.
Thanks for the update
Do Vietnam vets exposed to agent orange have to wait until 2026 to put in a claim for hypertension?
I’ve had two near death experiences, and losing my vision, along with continued impacts to my lungs. How do I get this addressed?
WHAT ABOUT PANAMA ?????
Great news. I just filed with permanently inserted burn pile/ toxin medical record letters from Kuwait and Uzbekistan as objective evidence. Should I wait to until that is approved until I and apply for the neck cancer diagnosis I received 1 month ago as a secondary?
How do you file burn out papers? That was the only thing I worried about after getting out. on a guard tower right above the burn pit . Dead animals, batteries, food, plastic, gun ammo, everything.
2013 rating decision ischemic / paroxysmal atrial fibrillation heart decease was denied later I heard that it was pass for 60 percent can a widow appeal
people talk about the pact act...but what about the ELIGIBILITY it seems people discharge from OCT 2013 and beyond are eligible and what about those who served between 2001-2013 September? (The can if they did not enroll in VA before? )
Does the PACT act include Veterans exposed to Asbestos?
@Mark Ostroff No. You have been able to claim asbestos for many years now.
Thank you, now maybe I can get some real help. Would be nice if they admt to what exactly we were exposed to, or chemically attacked with.
Are PFAS currently used for AFFF listed as one of the exposed Toxins..... Or is this Highly toxic and for ever chemical that is still widely used still being ignored.....
What is this legislation going to do for veterans of Fort McClellan other than just an epidemiological study. I am now 41 months into my case with the VA on my issue with type 2 diabetes as a result of herbicide exposure Agent Orange issue and what is it going to do for us as veterans this is very frustrating
Get a VA lawyer. That was how I got the VA to stop bullshit
OSA and breathing issues need to be added to the presumptive list
I have breathing issues along with headaches...i thought these were covered.
@@bridellgibson1605 They aren't presumptive, as far as I can tell.
@@FriskyDingo1983 o ok...i hope they can be claimed against burn pits as long as you have a diagnosis.
@@bridellgibson1605 They can be claimed, but the level of scrutiny is much higher.
@@FriskyDingo1983 ok i have them both...i just gotta get someone to write a nexus statement...headaches are documented but i gotta work on getting a pulmonary test completed. I worked burn pits for KBR in Iraq as a contrator so I must file a DBA case.
Sooooo my husband Gulf War, filed a claim in 2005 for testicular cancer. Denied. So now we file a “supplemental” to the original claim? Which form is that??? Back pay?
Unfortunately for those of us with reproductive cancers we have to wait until October of 2023 before it actually becomes presumptive.
The VA has some garbage that says if the person does not continue the claim 1 year after denied- they can’t get backpacks. I don’t think it has change
1 year backpay as of 8/9/22 gets u that hump over 90 when at 94% should help many
How does va rate high bp
Yes it's finally come to pass - after the GOP was publicly shamed for tossing it to the bushes. No one's going to forget Cruz fist bumping his fellow cronies for initially denying it. I just hope Texans remember that moment when it's time to vote. It's already its own gif.
Is breast cancer included?
Vietnam vet never file a claim he pass 2014 cancer can a widow file a claim
