What I would like to see is all of the SCUBA teams on CZcams get together once a year possibly, and pick a river / lake / area that is particularly contaminated with trash and clean it out. Perhaps people with boats, magnet fishers, treasure hunters, scrap metalists and clean up specialist’s could all join the effort.
That way one by one we could get our waterways cleaned faster than individuals trying one by one. Anything found that one wants to keep is understandable, or auction off cool finds.
Guns / weapons found could be tested for open criminal cases. Cars found could be checked for the missing? I have no special talents in this area, but would take time off of work (minimum wage manual labor) to volunteer.
I have so much respect for everyone’s efforts & hard work at trying to clean up our planet. I just think working together, instead of individually would prove more fruitful. Until I started watching all of these channels I had no idea how badly our waterways were polluted.
I was a 911 operator by trade that was forced to retire due to what the job can do to a person’s health. I’d still be doing it if I could, but it took a serious toll on my entire being.
What you all do is physically intense as well, and I’d love to see future generations shown how to do what you’re learning now. I don’t have much to offer, physically or financially, but it’s a dream I’d love to see come true 🤔🤞
