This is just a dehumidifier attached to a water purification system. It uses a cold condenser to "condense" humidity out of the air.
It only really works if there is medium-high levels of humidity in the air... and uses a lot of power to do so in comparison to a desalinization plant.

Despite initial public opposition, water fluoridation continued in the United States. Proponents of fluoride recognized the importance of shaping public opinion and enlisted the expertise of Edward Bernays, a renowned figure in public relations. Bernays, famous for his successful marketing campaigns, employed his skills to manipulate public perception on numerous occasions, including the campaign that popularized bacon as a breakfast staple and the promotion of support for an invasion of Guatemala. These historical instances highlight the influence of public relations and the potential for biases in shaping public acceptance of water fluoridation.
In this context, the innovation presented by the Israeli company, which allows water to be generated from thin air, seems to offer an alternative to traditional water sources. The technology, known as the atmosphere water generation machine (AWG), utilizes the atmospheric moisture present in the air and converts it into usable water. This method appears promising, particularly in regions where access to clean water is limited or compromised.

@@gracejoy5339 - please be specific about what i did get wrong. I try to guess that you think i did not get how this machine works. So i went to the manufacturers FAQ (www.watergenusa.com/faqs/). There is a video where is clearly stated that the air is cooled and water condensed (0:30 to 0:40).
There are also statements about power consumtion: large version consumes 55 kW (peak consumption 100 KW) that is power output of small car that has to run all day. Or 550 solar panels with 100 Watts each. (approx cost 100 dollars each)
Furthermore - although they claim that their technology is 5x more effective than similar machines, there is no information about how much water it produces per Kilowatt/hour at given air humidity. But you can get some idea of it at this page: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moisture_removal_efficiency
And once more - if I am wrong about something i invite you to debate about it.

"When I pressed Moses on specs like the composition of the filter, he responded, “I can’t give away all my secrets.” After all Moses does own the patent on his AWG which he manufactures at a production facility in Austin, Texas. A machine that is also FDA licensed and approved. However, talking at length with Moses and looking into his 501c3 charitable organization The Water Rescue Foundation, it is clear Moses enjoys sharing his invention with the world even if it means missing opportunities to profit or even continuing to hold the patent." So he owns the patents and the secrets. Stop giving credit to the false Jews.

There are several companies producing these types of systems and that's great, but here's the thing. As long as you're in the first world you can get around energy, electricity, and any issues with the replacement of parts and servicing. In the third world, not so much.
What are these villagers going to do when these systems fail? They'll probably turn into big paper weights.
Most likely many of these systems have proprietary components, which leaves very little wiggle room for the average villager.
IMO, places that are far removed need methods and systems that are much more passive and can rely on collection and retention of rainfall in their respective areas.
I'd first look into Permaculture before applying any of these systems in parts of the world where they don't have ready access to a Sears repairman, as it were.
Don't get me wrong, high tech is great if you're going to the Space Station or Mars, but here on the blue marble, we'll that's another animal.
We need methods and systems that the common folk can manage and thrive from.
Again, IMO, too many moving parts.
