Nice Idea but as a Nikon shooter I don't want to have to invest in Sony batteries, chargers and other accessories. Nowadays, internal power bank or ability to run off a power bank which most photographers have many, would make it more appealing.
Does battery power limit output to 50% or similar? What is the max brightness reading and what battery life you get out of a npf battery at max brightness?

This light can run at full power on battery. We expect around a 90 minute runtime at full power on an NP-F750.
