    Looks like a great flow. Although, I was hoping for a more technical step by step approach with the video. Please consider creating one. Thank you.

    Hi Steve, Cool video. Please would it be very nice if you made it a bit more explicit like showing us the variable storing and all or better still a link to the source file.. I'm fairly new to Power Automate and trying to practice through this video..

    Steve... thanks for this demo. flow is great and I missed something: Can I have a power flow, were the flow actually fills the word document (ie contract), and only then -afterwards- I send the document for signature? in other words, I want my flow to "update" the word document before sending it jus for signature. (the flow will fill the die, the name, and some other info from a separate database, and we know how to do that), but we had not being able to integrate word and adobe sign. Basically the "master" word doc reside in one drive, the flow will open it, will fill it out, and now we need your guidance on how to go from there to adobe sign and having the final document send by mail. your help is appreciated

    How did you get the signature field onto the cover sheet? Did you create it in Adobe Sign as a template and then save that template into SharePoint?

    3:37: Do you have a video on this or suggestions on how to generate a magic API? I can't seem to figure out how to break out of the confines of recipes and I'd like to do some scripting on some specific possibilities with Adobe. Good video.

    Shutter speed is a little slow on camera 2, and color profile has too much blue.

    It seems the Adobe Sign connector will always say the document has been created by the same person. What if a person who didn't create the connection triggers this flow?

    • @SteveWalkerWeb
      @SteveWalkerWeb  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Steven, this should work fine as long as the request comes from a Microsoft email address that exactly matches with the email address in Adobe Sign. That person must be provisioned a user account in the same Adobe Sign account as the person who created the Flow.

      @@SteveWalkerWeb we find the form field data extraction connector fails if the group admin or account admin who created the connector isn't involved in the document. Adobe have told us it has to be group admin with the privacy option set for it to work.

    nice one, how does the approval add comment

    • @SteveWalkerWeb
      @SteveWalkerWeb  Před 2 lety

      Hi IMotumbo, you can simply add a free text box into your document template for the approver to add in some comments at time of signing. This can be done in Adobe Acrobat Sign itself when you set up the template, or you can add it as a Text Tag to a Microsoft Word document: helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/text-tag.html Hope this helps!

    Can you add signature block if you use power automate?

    • @SteveWalkerWeb
      @SteveWalkerWeb  Před 3 lety +1

      You can add a signature block using Adobe Sign Text Tags. These are little snippets of text you can add anywhere on your document and Adobe Sign will recognise them and automatically convert them to fields. For more information, see here: helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/text-tag.html
