I work an an orthodontist and what they did was totally unacceptable. Waiting to fix a broken bracket only pushes your treatment further which has you in braces for months longer. That bracket especially needs to have a bracket on in order for it to be pulled out into place. They probably pushed you away because they don’t want to take the time out of their day and add more to the schedule make sure you are scheduled on days where the main doctor is working and let the assistant know that you only want to be treated by him don’t let anyone else touch you.

I'm with Mama Lisa on the compliment parts. Maybe a better way of putting it is, it's flattering. Not that we want it, need it, looking for it etc... it's just nice... It's also a compliment to the partner. I think the kiddos are just still young rn and their outlook will change later in life. I probably use to think that way, as well. I've been with my husband for over 22 years and I'm VERY confident in my relationship, I know he only loves me and wants me, I also know he would never do anything to hurt me, just as I would never do that to him. When you are that comfortable and confident, you actually like when someone compliments your spouse. It's compliment to you, too.

I used to work in the dental, particularly in Orthodontics, and by watching the video, Jehiely, I would highly suggest you change doctors. I know it's easier said than done, but that doctor is literally just in it for the money. The doctors I used to work for would always greet the patient and ask them before they would leave their appointment if everything felt okay if any wires were poking them, etc. The doctor I worked for genuinely cared about his patients. That tooth is able to be moved in it's desired place they just need to bend the wire and put the bracket so the wire can pull the tooth in its place. Also, congratulations on the gold plaque! I’m traumatized when it comes to orthodontist. Back in 2016 I got my braces taken off (western dental) and the Asian lady who was taking them off ended up breaking a piece of my front two teeth. All they did was put a filling but I feel so insecure now. I’m just waiting for the filling to fall any time soon 😢😭 I was young and I wasn’t the type to get crazy on them so I let it slide. I wish I had sue them tho.
Western dental is horrible! They took 2 of my teeth out that weren’t suppose to come out! 😢
Western dental told my mom that she didn’t make all the payments when I got my braces removed and they she still owed $600 and my mom had proof she paid it all! So because of that they didn’t want to fix my retainers they were a bit too tight and I forced it on so it got loose and they didn’t want to help until my mom paid that and they closed so ofcourse my teeth shifted. I regret making my mom pay all of that.. I wish we would’ve had a better office.

Well I have the same issue with my tooth. I saw an orthodontist in Los Angeles and he basically said I would need surgery as this is a very complicated case. Omg, same issue happened with me at an independent salon type place, i kept seeing people recommending this woman as being a good hairstylist on our towns community fb page, and so i fell for it n scheduled with her and asked me while in the chair to give her a google review. It was so awkward. N then after i get home i realized she chopped my hair up n i needed my hair long enough to pull back for work, but nope, i had a bunch of hair falling out all over. Disaster💯. Girlll, that's superrr annoying! Had the same issue as a teenager when I wore braces..ended up getting invisalign later as an adult& I couldn't be more freaking thankful!!! Less of a Hassel, my only complaint was that you gotta brush your teeth every single time you eat before putting the trays back on. But I guess that's no different from brushing them after you eat with braces.lol aww, wish you the best on your teefys journey!! But yeah if your just fed upp, invisalign is the way to go!! ❤
