Biden ordered ATF and Justice top officials to get his ghost guns, per FOIA documents (EXCLUSIVE)

- Pres. Joe Biden waved a ghost gun at a White House press conference in April that was ordered to be delivered to him by top officials at the Justice Department and ATF, according to documents obtained by my FOIA request.
The decision and process of getting guns four days before the April 11 Rose Garden event were closely held by the administration. A top ATF official commanded that information on the operation was “not for further dissemination.”

This is part 5 of my investigation into how the White House ordered the Secret Service, Biden officials at the Justice Department and ATF to acquire and transport a catch of ghost guns -- ARs, pistols -- for a publicity stunt the White House.
Biden issued an executive order rule the same day of the media event to regulate privately made firearms (PMF), which are referred to as ghost guns because they don’t have serial numbers. It went into effect on Aug. 24 and is being challenged in courts around the country.

Interesting story. I deal with FOIA requests for a number of clients, and I get the same runaround from government officials that you have been getting. In some cases, my clients get so tired of the duck and dodge the FOIA officials are doing, they tell me to just file a FOIA lawsuit against the department. You would be surprised how fast FOIA requests are answered after they get sued.
That is so interesting. I wish I had the power of a lawyer to file a suit for these FOIA because there are so many documents they refuse to turn over and have vague reasons to refuse. There is just no way that this entire operation was done in these few emails, but asking them repeatedly and for months on end is my only way to deal with their duck and dodge. But I figure, at least someone is asking to expose these things.

...so sombody from the atf bought 80% lowers, assembled them, then transfered ownership. WHICH IN THEIR OWN PHONEY LAW IS ILLEGAL. lol they broke their own laws. flaunted it right in our face. then tried to cover it up. WOW!! excellent research and awesome presentation. thank you!

Ask for receipts including hand receipts when custody was transferred from one person to another and one department or agency to another. You know someone had to sign for custody....

When I was on active duty (I'm in the National Guard now, still with my original MOS ... Small Arms & Artillery Repairer), I had a supervisor who was pretty much THE MAN when it came to the 'small arms' side of our job (we also by default picked up a bit more knowledge about tanks), mainly because he dealt with them so much as a kid. He actually got into some trouble with the ATF, at the age of 13 (let THAT sink in), because be 'made' an AK-style rifle & put his social security number on it, then sold it. He also held an FFL while he was on active duty.
It's always great to learn & be discipled by someone who KNOWS what they are talking about!

As the designer of the 3D printed AR receiver that is featured in the pictures, I would REALLY like to know how they were made aware of my design in particular, as it has only been distributed through a few channels, and isn't even the most well known design. To properly print it takes approximately a day on most 3D printers, so that cuts the time they had down a bit as well. Let me know if you would like any more info on it. I'm also quite curious why they went to the trouble of getting or making it only to end up not using it in the press conference.
I am interested in this as well how they got your AR Receiver parts, when it was legal, without your permission.
The last thing the Feds will reveal are their sources, but what is the possibility they are selling your design to others,
and pocketing the profits ?
@@michaelk4422 That's an interesting thought, and I hope no one is doing that, but I think it's far more likely that some FBI or ATF agent was aware of the design and printed it for them. The design is freely available, just not well publicized, so only a limited number of people in some Facebook groups (as well as one CZcamsr who has demonstrated it) really know about it. It is easy to recognize though because it has some distinctive features not on any other AR lower.

Judicial Watch has more than one PAID lawyer in their staff who SUE the Feds and J. Watch is still given the run

I read/scan 20+ Conservative web sites at least 4-5 days a week and Emily is the ONLY person who is asking the
Feds to explain HOW and WHERE they got the "ghost gun parts" from. WHERE are the pro-gun Reporters ?

But what they do that I cannot is pay for lawyers to go to court to fight FOIA. Big media companies can do that too. As an independent journalist, I just have to push as hard as I can to get the information from the government via FOIA.
