    Viewing from Rhode Island! Would love to come and visit sometime, ive been a fan of lionel and o gauge since I was very young and I still get excited by the sight of o gauge trains

    How long did it take you to build the layout Stephen?

      When I built it some 20-25 years ago I think it was about 6-9 months. But it never was finished as my wife got sick with Cancer. She was going to do all of the scenery, but could not tolerate the smell of paints and dust from scenery. After she passed I was talking to a past president of the LCCA and the next thing I know I am getting the layout ready for photo shoot and article for their publication. I hope this answers your question.
