What a blessing , this reminds me of my family. We are descendants of George Wythe who was a mentor to Thomas Jefferson. We are all connected in ways we wouldn’t even imagine.

@@yngclothing I feel it’s a blessing to know your ancestry. Especially , as an African American . Many do not know their ancestry because it was erased from history .

@@Victoryismine5 ancestry doesn’t make or break you. It can give you a. Road map to patterned behaviors sometimes but if you can be aware of yourself then your past doesn’t matter 🤷♀️
Wow. I am researching Wythe now. He actually looked like a pretty good man. I would love to see more information about this genetic/ancestry history with Wythe. Is any of this public? I am also trying to find out more about the 16 year old who died along with him in the poisoning, Michael Brown, if you know more. Thanks in advance.
She says that she’s a descendant of Sally’s brother, and Sally is her 4x aunt! So how is Jefferson her 5x grandfather? Make it make sense!!!!
Basically, she's not telling the truth. This whole episode of her story is all made up !
There is no proof that Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings ever had children because they can't prove that Jefferson and Hemings ever even had sexual relations with each other ! !

It is confusing. She says that she is the direct 5X great grandchild of Thomas Jefferson and Sally Jennings but she also says that she is the 4X grand niece of Sally Hemmings. I do know that Martha ( Thomas Jefferson's wife) was also the half sister of Sally Hemmings so perhaps this is why this is possible if one of Martha and Sally's brothers fathered a child by a direct descendant of Thomas and Sally.

A DNA would have solved it all, the male determines the sex of a child because males carry both the Y and X kromazones, So all they would have needed to prove she is a direct descendent, is the DNA from a male on Jefferson side of the family.
The editing makes it a bit confusing. Further in, she clarifies saying she’s actually descended from Peter Hemmings. Peter was Jefferson’s cook. His father was John Wayles, the father of Martha Jefferson. According to Ancestry DNA, I am descended from Peter as well. John Wayles was my father’s 5th great grandfather. There are thousands of us. We might jot know each other, but we probably have the same macaroni and cheese recipe! Proud to be part of this quintessentially American family story.

She maybe a desendant of Martha Jeffersons wife, who was half sister to Sally and maybe her siblings.

With all of the questions in the comment section this was obviously not clearly explained. The title of the vid is also misleading.
TJ had children by half sisters. Sally is the half sister to his first wife and the full bro of Gayle’s relative, Peter. Therefore, Sally and Peter are ‘half aunt and uncle’ to TJ’s FIRST set of offspring.
TJ has a second set of offspring, this time with Sally. So, TJ’s second set of offspring would be Peter’s full nieces and nephews, making TJ the ‘STEP 5x grandfather’ to Gayle. Therefore, Gayle is not related to TJ.
She said, out of her own mouth, "l am the descendant of Sally Hemming's brother, Peter Hemming's." So, she is NOT a descendant of Thomas Jefferson, but rather of Peter Hemming's. This confirms that she is NOT a direct blood relative of Thomas Jefferson. Doctor George Whitehead

I grew up in dc in early 90s and had a history teacher named ms hobart at lincoln jr high in nw dc on 16 strret that always said she was a descendant of Thomas jeffers thst he was her great grandad thos was n 1993 and so i haver hesrd this story for years if znyone know who ms jobart please hit me up

I would have never thought there would be a more baseless claim of ancestry to Thomas Jefferson than the DNA test that showed only that a Y chromosome of a male from the Jefferson line was the father of one of Sally's children, but here we are.

There is no getting through to these strongly deluded people with itching ears. Dead men tell no tales. The Roman's murdered all the original followers of Yeshua, and they alone rewrote and compiled what they wanted to create their so-called New Testament. The most believable stories are those that keep a certain amount of truth mixed in with so many lies. I've always hoped that the real gospels were not destroyed, but hidden in the vatican and will one day be revealed to the shame of the entire Christian world

I guess you're asking what "Jesus fulfilling the law" means. Well, sadly a lot of liberals want to dismantle the Old Testament from the New Testament because they feel that God's "rough" nature in the Old Testament is not compatible with the New Testament. However, God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. After all the wrestling we've done with Him in the Old Testament, God has shown us his grace through Jesus Christ.
