The blue phoenix on hexa is supposed to be a nod to the original Dranzer, which was also blue, and a balance type. Takara tomy knows what they are doing ;)

That Blue PhoenixWing recolour with Hex... that is a Balance combo. Takara Tomy knows what they did there.
They're reading the meta and making parts with colors based on what's used more and what's already released such as purple knightshield. Hexa is for HellsChain and the Blue PW is for 1/3-60 Rush

Liking the longer form content. Binging a lot of beyblade content and Im glad the introduction into the series is easy with your videos. Been getting into Beyblade this week so its helpful to have another view on what i should be picking up.

Mainly the fact that red recolors are typically just kind of lazy. Red is also really overdone, or it was during BEYBLADE BURST and I just haven’t recovered yet.

Uh what? Is Beyblade X not enough? Or are you referring to season 2 of X where they may make inspired beys for Metal Fight much like what they did with Bakuten Shoot-inspired beys (CobaltDrake/Dragoon, WeissTiger, and BlackShell) for this season.
Gotta wait for 5 or 6 more years for gen 5 .
Really liked this video. I buy every new release as me and my buds keep it to stock combos only so getting to dive into the parts of the random boosters was helpful.

Preordered my Cobalt Dragoon today! can't wait. I have 3 X beys, got a string launcher, grip, and stadium, and I still haven't even launched any X beys yet. I'm waiting for my buddy to get one but Hasbro releases are still kind of a myth over here by me. So until then we're still battling it out with MFB in the BB-10 Stadium. Man, I can't wait to dive into the new era.

In all honesty my only issue with the new beyblade x beys is that u can't really remove or change the spirit icon...maybe it's just me but that was one of my favorite things about all past beyblade series....and it added a little bit more customization
You couldn’t do that with burst until season 4. So I’m sure we’ll get something like that at some point!

I need that 2-60 for my shark-edge. I'm hoping it lines up with the blades to put even more weight behind them. Also the blue and red look like it'd look good with the purple and red that the Shark Edge blade has. If I can find a red lf, or if they make a low taper, then I think I'll have my favorite setup.

I agree that Defense Types aren't good right now, the fact that Black Shell is getting a 4-60 rather than 3-60, all Defense Types' Bits have low burst resistance (*which is ironic for being Defense) and in a Random Booster that doesn't guarantee it makes me think TT hates Defense Types. I really want Defense Types to be good, which sucks.
