The notion of Godzilans cells surviving and adapting to a black hole is highly exaggerated. Despite the impressive adaptability of Godzilla's cells, they would not be able to withstand the gravitational forces and extreme conditions within a black hole. The gravitational pull of a black hole is so powerful that it can warp space and time itself. Even the most resilient organisms and materials would be torn apart at the molecular level. Therefore, the idea that Godzilla's cells could survive and adapt to a black hole is scientifically implausible The near Infinite amounts of gravity and pressure would pull Godzilla's cells apart.

Light speed is 299,792,458 meters per second in a vacuum and for Godzilla to be anywhere near that speed, he would have to cover a mile in 9 seconds which if we took into account his weight, would be impossible.
