I was wondering the same! What are “cross crawl” exercises. I’ve only just learned I have a small curvature in my spine! And I’m in later middle age!
Man I can’t believe that a doctor wanted to have me surgically repair my scoliosis when I was 14-15. I’m 34 now and hoping to really tackle my scoliosis, which isn’t even that bad. I just can’t believe how ready they were to cut into me as such a young age.

They are having the wrong studies ( all for the Big Farma ) Here the doctor says that my left leg is shorter, after my back surgery via the abdomen with the balloon under my back (L5 was crunched that I was 12 years old by 2 stock cars. I think they forgot to put my legs next to each other, or maybe already with the fusion with the half vertebra 37 years

Dr Bergman i have loved you and watched you for ten years now, i even took me and my two kids to come see you and i love your adjustments! It was really awesome! I NEED YOUR HELP REALLY BAD on this. I have this issue where my entire right side of my body is SUPER SENSITIVE to the touch, not like a skin problem, its a nerve problem. If anything touches my skin and moves IN THE VERY SLIGHTEST way while i am trying to sleep IT KEEPS ME AWAKE all night! My nervous system is sooooooo sensitive! If a breeze goes along my right side, that also wakes me up or keeps me from sleeping. WITH EVERY SINGLE BREATH I TAKE!!!!! ITS LITERALLY DRIVING ME INSANE and i have been dealing with this for ten years now but its been a lot worse lately and i cant sleep! Im starting to have panic attacks from lack of sleep and anxiety about trying to sleep. My bed is like a dungeon instead of a cozy place to sleep and rest. I have been feeling suicidal from this problem and i need your advice. Do you think its pinched nerves? Its only the right side of my body and its worst on my hip area and back, but it also will drive me crazy if anything is touching and moving on my leg. I mean it is so bad that my stomach is in knots from it and i cant even breathe normally cus every breath i am just waiting for that feeling!! IM GOING MAD from this!! PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I END UP IN A STRAIGHT JACKET!! Im thinking it has to be my spine. I have seven subs and DDD and some other crap going on. I would love to come get all the adjustments i need from you but i live too far away and i dont have any money to come see you. I also have adrenal fatigue and RA. HELP!!
Thank you for this video. It is very informative and helpful. I wish I had known you years ago and could have gotten your help before the degree I am at now. Would you please consider speaking on Kyphoscoliosis? When I was younger I was diagnosed with scoliosis and think I may could have prevented the situation I am in now if doctors and myself had realized what was truly going on. When I was 14 years of age I was diagnosed with an 18 degree bend in the thoracic area of the spine. I am 52 years old now and that curve is now a 92 degree angle and my spine looks like a spiral staircase. My X-rays literally look like an S side to side, an S front to back, and overall like a spiral staircase. In the thoracic area my disks have deteriorated to almost nothing, and the bones have started growing together. Strangely my thoracic area is completely paralyzed now. Yet, somehow by God's grace I still have movement in both the cervical and lumbar areas. Both of these are curved and having issues as well. Is there any natural exercises or stretches to naturally prevent what happened in my thoracic area from happening in the rest of my spine? I have been denied any surgery from some of the best spinal doctors in the US, even the Mayo Clinic. They all tell me that surgery is too risky because of the location of the spinal cord in the rotation and spinal deformation. Supposedly, there are very few of us alive that have this kind of deformity with this kind of mobility. I was told that most people would be paralyzed all the way down. The doctors and myself have all agreed to the fact that it is a "God thing" and only He knows how and why since He made me. I believe God is the "Great Physician" and through Him I have been blessed that things are no worse. My kyphoscoliosis has caused my height to drop from 5'9 1/2 to now barely 5'4. The hunch in my back seems to be getting more defined and making me less mobile, as well as, it is beginning to cause other health issues like a hiatal hernia and numbness/tingling in all my extremities. I believe that God can do anything and I am living proof of that. The big thing is that I want to make sure that I am doing my part the best I can before the Lord with my situation. I read recently that some people that had back or scoliosis surgery ended up getting and some dying of meningitis... turns out some of the material used in the bone material was infected with meningitis...

I am 68 years old now. I had a car accident at age 19. No real serious injuries, but I rolled the car 4 times and had some whiplash. I had started to experience pain in the neck and was treated by many different chiropractors over the years. Fast forward to 1990, and I had a ruptured disc (L4/5). Experiencing foot drop, etc. This man was treating me with an adjustable table, and made the rupture worse. When the Neurologist looked at my xrays, he asked me if I was ever told I had scoliosis, which I hadn't. I feel the car accident contributed. I did require surgery for my back, and he did an excellent job. No rods, just a lot of sciatica when I overdo things. I have not been to a chiropractor since, choosing Osteopathy and Acupuncture.

My daughter had Anterior Scoliosis correction surgery, completely different than the typical fusion surgery. It’s a similar technique of the Vertebral Body Tethering that has been approved for scoliosis correction. She’s 3 yrs post surgery and doing well. No loss of flexibility. Before: T53L50
After: T9L3 (22 screws attached to a flexible tethered cord)
Due to an underlying connective tissue disorder, it’s not recommended for her to do ANY type of chiropractic adjustment. Exercises are great to keep your core muscles strong, but it will NOT correct a scoliosis cure.
All the best to your daughter, must of been scary for you while she was having the operation. Very few Dr.'s it seems to even OK chiropractors for anything. They are trained to say quacks and have no idea what they really do it seems. "Bone crackers" I have slight scoliosis but it is not really visible unless I bend over without a shirt.

Can it affect your breathing?
Regarding the vibratory therapy, would a Theragun be appropriate? I have severe scoliosis (60+ degrees) and am 79 years old. I am able to bend to 30 degrees, could I get a correction at my age, if I can find a corrective chiropractor?

Too many things to do no way to find a decent chiropractor that does all the things that you say. I'm sixty two years old and disabled from this and I broke my leg on top of it . I have actually been awake and the rest of my body underneath me just fell to the ground at least three or four times I could have died. And I was awake, I didn't pass out. What is that? So now I'm afraid to drive the car swim. Or anything I could drown. Talk to appropriation guy. I don't know what that's gonna spell it right or not. And they just gave me a prayer and said forget it. You know, go to our place and we'll give you a bunch of shots in the neck and that's about it. And I'm at least 55° now. Three different curves hips off a bit. Giant spur in the lower back, holding things together. Probably not for long, since I have bad osteoporosis and fibromyalgia, and everything else. I wasted so much money and so much pain. I'm done searching and I can't find anybody and I don't have any money. And my husband's dying and he's killing me with his I don't believe you. And every chiropractor is his snake's oil salesman. He's dying now. Anyway he deserves to I think. He is narcissistically abused me for 18 years. I can't take anymore, so that's where I'm at. What's an easy fix for that? Ha ha. There is no fix for that. I watches when I can and everything, but i'm glad you exist for the rest of the people🎉
