But recently, the volume of those shows has been too low to understand much of the talk.

Gareth certainly does have a firm grasp of the obvious.
It will go up 4% over 8 months, you're really going out on a limb with that projection.

We'll never catch up simply because demand for energy is infinite. If you could fly to work in London, from your residence in the Hamptons, you'd do that, but the energy density of wave and wind will never catch up.
