Great video! It’s the most thorough Pico review I’ve seen… Can you please post a another where you go over the multiple device setup in detail? I’d like to understand how to assign a VPN or static IP to a 2nd router. And which device(s) will receive the organic credit score when setting up multiple units? I believe Eric Ma said only one unit can in your interview with him.
So I got it to work by setting up the devices on 2 different networks then bringing one over so both are on the same router, no problems there. I'm waiting on more devices to see if I can directly set them up on the same network without any issues. I'm also concerned that if I do publicly mention that in a video, they will fix this loophole

So 2 routers means I can run 2 Picos, cool. What about a cell phone hotspot ? Not sure if the connection is fast enough but iPhones & androids can share wifi so that's an IP address maybe and I have several old phones.

HH! That's correct, a VPN you pay for once. Since the device broadcasts a wifi signal (if you use the wifi adapter or a router), you can use the VPN as soon as you connect to your WiFi on any device. So you'll automatically have a VPN on your computer, phone, smart fridge.

23:00 Related to IP uniqueness, the VPN setup for the second device, from what I know there can be multiple types of vpn subscriptions, with ips that can be shared in the network of the vpn, it might be a good idea to check that, because even though the chance to be another staking in the network is small, To maximize bonus this should be avoided, by making sure you get unique IP Addresses from VPN Provider.

BitTorrent is something you can disable directly within the Dashboard. Logs are kept of connections to your device and can be used to exonerate you if something happens. So you're not completely protected, but there are ways to defend and prove you didn't do anything.

I would think most people are probably trying to find a way to torrent on your connection rather than hack people. I guess I wanted to know if you block torrents, block porn, block ads does that affect people using your connection as well as yourself?

Yup, it's like "limited staking with a device." So each device will allow you to stake up to 100k DPR tokens. The device does not directly mine DPR, but is considered a hybrid of staking and mining, since you need the device to stake.

Sounds like you have USDT or ERC20? you would have to move enough ETH into your account to pay the gas fees. Fees might be $32 USD to get the funds to your wallet. At the moment, it's $17/day based on the token price, the reward is 164 DPR tokens per day with 100k tokens staked. It's kind of a mix of staking and mining, since you need a hardware device to stake and there is a maximum output.
If you bought the device in the Kickstarter, it will ship very soon. For Indiegogo, you have to wait for the campaign to finish (2 months) and then another 2-3 weeks.

It will be a really bad day. Much like your metamask wallet, once you lose access it's gone. But your device can be linked to other wallets for earning rewards in the event you want to change something.

Why is my shared traffic so low? I set it to unlimited but still shares no more than 500kb per day.
all depends on your internet speed and if people want to connect to your country for content etc. its all random luck if you get lots of connections

This uses shared bandwidth to mine. Deeper Network can also become a dual miner (DPR & HNT) if you purchase the Deeper Network HNT miner.

Why did you decide to get the pico vs getting the mini or nano?
Value, the Pico is so much cheaper in price, lower usage of space, lower power consumption. As for rewards, there is no difference between devices.

I'm not sure if they get the same data as your ISP. All data processed through the network is logged on your device though for your records.

I still don't understand how much i can earn ? To clarify: when i have a PICO i am eligable to stake. But i still i have to purchase DPRs on my own. So the only thing that the PICO device does is that i am allowed to stake my purchased DPRs. The device does not directly mine DPRs. Is this correct ?
Yup, it's like "limited staking with a device." So each device will allow you to stake up to 100k DPR tokens. The device does not directly mine DPR, but is considered a hybrid of staking and mining, since you need the device to stake.

Sounds like you have USDT or ERC20? you would have to move enough ETH into your account to pay the gas fees. Fees might be $32 USD to get the funds to your wallet. BlockFi has 1 free withdrawal every month, so you would probably need to send the exact amount of ETH you need to your wallet. Do a test transaction to see how much you need.

What do you mean by protect? It will protect your WiFi, but for Binance you'll need a strong password and 2FA.

At the moment, it's $17/day based on the token price, the reward is 164 DPR tokens per day with 100k tokens staked. It's kind of a mix of staking and mining, since you need a hardware device to stake and there is a maximum output.

What happens to your wallet if your deeper devices gets lost or damage?
It will be a really bad day. Much like your metamask wallet, once you lose access it's gone. But your device can be linked to other wallets for earning rewards in the event you want to change something.
