- My trip to Taipei was more than what I expected. Taipei is one of the best big cities in the world for sure. More than the buildings and infrastructure, what made my Taiwan trip so memorable is the people. Taiwanese people are the nicest people I have ever interacted with. 🥰

Do local people understand and speak English?
Not everyone. You should download Traditional Chinese in google translate app for communication. But most of the signboards are both in Chinese and English so navigation is not so difficult .
