And if this land grabbing case of soren is PMLA then other 1+million case that is pending in court should also be tried under PMLA why are those under civil law

Kejriwal has been granted interim bail when he had not demanded. But when Sri Soren has demanded interim bail he is being denied on the pretext that ED is objecting. Is it not a selective approach
Khejrival paid appropriate cost of the bail. Soren did not know this Otherwise he would have also met the correct price and got the bail

Someone Kindly remind sc judges to give more priority to victimized citizen than rather to give focus on rights of accused citizen.
Also someone must remind judges to their prime duty to give justice to victimised rather than rights of goons...Judges know 1000times better than us but I in case might be wrong but i think they have just forgotten the victimised citizen and only focusing on the accused.

Since the Hemant Soren case involves cross border money laundering, E.D. is justified in asking for continued incarceration of Soren et al until all missing link are succesfully investigated. The illegal possession and seizure of land may not be considered in isolation but as part of a series of illegal transactions with grave and far reaching consequences to the State exchequer.
Election is fought by Parties not an individual. No one is indispensable.
