It really depends, if the small biz can’t afford it they will reach back and let you know they don’t offer PR.. if they can they will send it.. it works for them because PR gets them exposure & more followers so it can deff be well worth it for them sometimes!

I do! I only accept PR from brands I would already be buying from or brands that don’t give me a posting requirement. If a brand I don’t ‘need’ stuff from reaches out to me, then I charge. Hope that makes sense :)
