Dont get me wrong-the offense was not good last year. But think back to the UNC game last year. Harbaugh schemed people open for HUGE plays, and Athan just missed. And it was multiple times a game. I think if he hits even 60% of those misses, we're talking about a much different season (at LEAST 2 additional wins)
I absolutely agree. Athan was beyond terrible and Minnesota had receivers running open all season that he could not hit. If the QB play is improved at all, Minnesota could have significantly more upside this fall than they did in 2023.
