- We are taking a look at a bunch of video games with a pirate theme, because I asked you to vote on my next video and this is what you chose.
So if you don’t like it, you only have yourself to blame.
Pirates are cool, we all know that, and video games are a perfect opportunity to get yourself into some scurvy-ridden adventures.

Sid Meirs Pirates is a good pirate game and I'd also recommend Treasure Island for PS1.

I can't remember playing a single pirate game except pirates of the Caribbean on ps2. Thanks bros for the recommendations

You missed out on Pirates: The Legend of Black Kat! My favourite of the theme.

Cool! games for a part 2, Risen 2, Port Royale and of course Sid Meier's Pirates!, the best pirate game ever made.
My favorite pirate game is Puzzle Pirates, an unfortunately long dead MMO. It had a shockingly deep economy, and really great puzzle gameplay
Never heard of that one. In fact don’t think I’ve ever played an MMO.
Hook for the Arcade. Also a beat em up, but not a bad one at all.
There was also a pirate platform game for the Mega CD, three something

I've played a lot of pirate themed games but not many of these besides the point and click games, and Assassin's Creed IV. I played a lot of the Sea Dogs games, Sid Miers' Pirates, Swashbucklers, the single player Uncharted Waters games that came out in the US and so on.
Jack Keane and Jack Keane 2: The Fire Within are pretty awesome pirate themed point-and-click games.
Also, Sid Meier's Pirates is totally classic! Weird you didn't include it...

I did actually play Sid Meiers Pirates… but as I am dumb, I forgot to press record on my capture (was the nes version). Then out of principle I didn’t play it again. But I reckon I’ll do a part 2 at some point in the future. It’ll definitely be on there ☺️
Im 43 and growing up, Pirates of Dark Water really was one of the best cartoons out at the time. Oddly enough, i never played the SNES and Genesis/Megadrive games! Also, Pirates The Legend of Black Kat is a decent pirate game on the ps2. Not assassin's creed quality but its definitely not bad. And Swashbucklers on the ps2 by Atari is actually one of those games theyre so bad theyre good! I actually like it! 😅 The voices are absolutely hilarious cause theyre all just drunk grunts! Lol.

Annoyingly I recorded footage for Buccaneer on ps2. But totally forgot to include it! I blame the flu.
@@thereviewsbrothers3854 I actually use to have the Buccaneer PS2 game too. It's not as good as Black Kat. Lol. I wouldn't say it's a complete F but it's definitely a D grade PS2 game. Definitely a budget title.
Shipwreckers, Overboard, Legend of Black Kat, Legend of the Black Buccaneer, Pirates!; easily plenty more for episodes 2 and 3 of this series!!
I want to recommend Risen 3 for nice pirate ish themed fantasy RPG and uncharted water 1 and 2 for snes for nice jrpgs set in the time period of pirates.
Also recommend the Sea dogs games.
I think I actually have risen 3 on Xbox 360. Vaguely remember playing it in sure.

You can add Risen 2 and 3, they are very goods in my opinion.

I like two games on this list. Black flag & black water (whatever it's called). Dark water 😅 that old school retro beat em up. I haven't played the action one yet. I have a copy .. I'm going to get too it this year. I remembered the cartoon was fire
Yeah I should really check the cartoon out. The games are decent enough. If you like games that are a bit strange and definitely unique (though maybe a tad janky) galleon is well worth a look.
