Henry Tenby was on hand at Abbotsford International Airport on April 26 for the USAF heavy arrivals and this KC-135R from Fairchild AFB Spokane WA laid on this botched landing on go around for our viewing pleasure!

No, he was talking about the squealing nose which was certainly coming from the brakes, not the spoilers.
