An ai plays against itself several times at an instant, say 200 games against itself at an instant and then taking out the best simulation as the end product of the generation. And add to it there can as many generations as given bybthe engineer. Literally no human can beat a well trained ai.

If you think about it - it's not very complicated for the machine as machine knows the speed of projectile it fires, distance between him and the target and the speed of animation - it's all you need to make perfect last-hits and denies and perfect hits on heroes. Don't you feel strange they made such a strange rules? "1v1, only mid, 2 kills max, 10 minutes max" - it's just to make sure the game will never go into late, otherwise that bot is fucked just like the standard AI.

Very very efficient indeed.
