I am proudly say that I am a Mysorean aged about 83 old.
Studied in Yuvaraja's collage and also had a graduation in Bacholar of Arts in the Maharaja's Collage in the year 1962.
I think that the History of Mysore is 600 years back. I saw many Dasara Festival in my life time. It was so Great Pomp, Splendid and Splendour. I saw Many people came from different Countries in the World.

Most of my friends were from Urs family friends. They were all served the Princely State of Mysore.

I have visited "hotel " Laalith Mahal " Palace on Chamudi hills slong with my Late husband & our children.... Really beautiful holiday getaway... I will recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday, far away from the hustle, bustle of city life.... It's a top the Chamundi Hills, the weather is very pleasent up there & the heritage hotel is marvellous........& not to forget the Dusera festival & our visit to Mysore palace along with my parents when we were young.... Enjoyed every bit of it.......Tourism , as Rajmatha says has great scope both for Bangalore & Mysore......

There always have been good job opportunities in these two cities........... Rajmatha Pramodha Devi befits her status as the princess, in continuing the role this great dynasty still occupies in our country........ as compared to older dynasties of South India that have been retreated into oblivion.......... This, also is as a result of the prosperity of this dynasty, they had, & still have the power & capacity ( most befittingly) to hold on to their position....
