Fair play to Traore and credit where credit is due. He would have completely fluffed those chances a few months ago, how Nuno and his back room staff have worked on him is phenomenal. Traore in fact played two games in one, his position initially as a defensive flanker in which he had Sterling looking like a cart horse, then in the second half being switched to Central attack, partnering Raul, which as we all now know and to Citys' destruction proved absolutely lethal. Masterstroke by Nuno. Cutrone needs a lot of work, but hey, leave it Nuno et al, they will turn him into Italys' regular number nine.Magnificent and Awesome display all around. Talk about 'shock and awe!!!
For me, Raul was the real difference. The heart and desire he shows is unmatched in the PL! How he didn't get the penalty in the first half is beyond me, but the way he was turning Otamendi inside-out was both hilarious and sad(knowing Otamendi's on 100+k a week).
As for Traore, I remember him from Villa being this relentless, strong kid running his head off, but without goals or assists to add to his game. It seems like Nuno's bought him a pair of new shoes✌

Cabe destacar que en la primera ocasión era el vs 3, se sacó a Otamendi pero Fernandinho hizo bien su trabajo y lo obstaculizo así que no fue ocasión clara como insinuas y la segunda si que falló pero igual el se generó esas jugadas. Si Traore anotaba solamente un gol y el segundo Jimenez se lo asistía a otro, de lejos quedaba MVP del partido.
