    I remember this game my dad had on his old flip phone, I don't remember what it was called but it was something like Jet Boy or Jet Man, you played as a boy or a man with, guess what, a jetpack, and you were supposed to jet your way up onto moving platforms but the platforms moved so quickly that we couldn't land on them and continued to fall to our deaths. The music for the game was Chemical Plant Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and that is what I remember the most from that game, because I remember hearing the music and thinking to myself, "That's from an old Sonic game!"

    • @krissjoe5052

    • @rihardsrozans6920
      @rihardsrozans6920 Před 6 lety +2

      There must be a forum somewhere for old phone games. I remember playing a game on my dads phone where you controlled this little Stitch from Lilo & Stitch looking character that would burp bubbles and use them to attack enemies and to make platforms. I absolutely loved that game as a wee child. Besides the thumb destroying controls the game had a nice console quality. Also a bit later I got a Nokia phone that was slightly better and had some primitive internet connection abilities that allowed me to download apps and games (and porn) from weird Russian sites such as ka4at.ru. I was most surprised about the amount of 3D games I could've run on that phone. A lot of Splinter Cell, Tomb Raider and Twisted Metal type of games. Many amateur games by people who tested out their skills in Java and whatever else you could run on early SymbianOS phones. Now my huge screened pocket-sized supercomputer never gets used to play games and that's a shame.

Also, worth mentioning there is a functioning version of Age of Empires 3 on Java. Someone made Age of Empires work on fucking mid-2000's cellphones.
