@@felixperzabugedo si, yo tallo con cualquiera madera. Algunas son mejores que otras pero a veces cabe buenas sorpresas. También a veces encontrarás maderas que no valen para nada. Pero así aprende a conocer todas las maderas. Te recomiendo para empezar madera suave en general proviene de los árboles de crecimiento rápido.

@@jmrivasmendez1277 no es la mejor madera para tallar. Pero acá en Perú se encuentra en cualquier parte gratis y es buena para practicar.

Aquí en el sur de España no es tan fácil de encontrar ya que los que hay son muy grandes y tratados como una joya ya que tienen muchísimo años, pasan los centenarios, gracias por todo
No sé si el naranjo que es muy dura pueda intentar o el pino flandes ese si es muy tierno pero tiene muchas vetas y algunos nudos y habrá que rebuscar el tronco perfecto
