Joe Elliot's voice during his prime is just insane and he could sing those very high notes very effortlessly.

Def Leppard was ine of my bands in the late 80´s early 90´s.. listening to stuff like Guns´n´roses, Nirvana, Alice in chains, and stuff like that to in that period. Many great songs about love from this band, and yes Joe Eliott just got a great voice for the songs they created, so its a band i still listen to sometimes..
