Great vid! What are the steps on the side of your back wheels called? I presume they’re for taking passengers?

As for fitness, I'd rather vary the resistance by dialing the assist level up and down on a bike, outdoors, rather than dialing the resistance up and down on a stationary bike in a steaming, muggy room full of a dozen other sweaty people at a gym, where the only view is the sweaty bum of the dude in front of me!
