What’s the square footage going to end up at?? Looks bigger than most strawbales. And I’d love to know general cost estimate if you’re willing to share!
This is about a 2000 sqft home. You would have to ask the owners about the cost but the answer would probably be something like "more than we expected".
But what if I'm already subscribed to your channel?
They talk about straw bale construction being DIY friendly... Some might be, but this one is not!
It depends on who 'yourself' is I think. These clients have done it themselves, with help from myself and others, and largely because they are very creative and have some experience. But you are right most people and DIYers should definitely not attempt a build this complex!
