Thanks for the update! From what I read (about a year ago), nothing has changed regarding taxation of income not earned in Ecuador. Not sure what all the hysteria was about?

@@KrisandMike I needed the title for my car/ O want tp sell when I move to EC,,, soon. I went to MI Sec of State. Filled out form. Had it in a week, US mail, from a city, state capital, 12 hours south. It felt to me very efficient.
