I don’t understand the negativity remake was awesome if we compare to other remakes and it’s interesting to see salieri rise even behind bars he was still one of the most powerful!
what bugs me about making the fourth game happen twenty years before the first mafia is that cars at that point were crap, are we going to drive snails around? Also tiny Frank is best Frank
OG Mafia fans need to chill it on the issue of Hangar 13, they act like Hangar 13 is butchering Mafia, obviously they're not even close to the level of 2k Czech but I'm just glad it isn't a worse Studio that just makes terrible Mafia games, Mafia 3 was kinda mid but wasn't horrible, and most people liked DE, they're good, it's just that 2k czech set the standards so high
Mafia 3 broke the formula too much for me, but DE got things back on track in some ways, despite the half-baked mechanics (e.g. invisible witnesses). I enjoyed it enough with it's presentation and world-building. The level design was a bit simple, but it still had some good ideas here and there. H13 also has a new director so let's see what happens, and you're right, at least it's not Grove Street Games.

Its been years for crying out loud, no shit a rushed young game studio cant make something like mafia 2, witch took almost a decade, and for all its worth, mafia 3 was alright, its only problem was the repetitive nature, and somewhat of a ubisoft style cookie cutter side content
I wish you were somehow wrong but.....yeah I agree with you. Mafia 2 was dope when it came to immersion and interactive environment though. Hangar has gotten a bad fame because of MAfia 3 regardless of it being a commercial success.
