I believe it’s; Row 1: 5 DC(4 + ch3) then 5 DC, ch 1 across, 5 DC at end Row 2: SC across Row 3: TRC in 3rd DC on row 1, ch 1, DC in 3 on current row, repeat across, end with DC in last 3, Row 4: SC Across, Repeat Rows 3 and 4 I hope this makes sense
I made a mistake on row 3: TRC in 3rd DC on 1st row, DC in 2nd to 4th stitch on 1st row, TRC in 1st TRC but (draw thru 1, then draw thru 2 three times, ch 1, repeat across, ch 3 Row 4: SC across Repeat row 3 and 4 to length desired

I a novice and you were going far to fast for me. Also we dont know how many stutches you started with for your sample or how many to begin a full blanket. So someting in the top left to follow eg- cast on 120 loop stitch. Then slow up on the beginning of your row and the end of it as well. I hope you don't mind me suggesting this. Its not easy when your not sure like myself.
