I have 1 690 3 I like it good video
My first O/U was a Old Browning GTS I bought over from another shooter. Loved that O/U it just broke clays effortlessly. Sold it and bought the 725 gen 2. Struggled with it just could not come right. Handled another shooters 690 black and just had to get one. Sold my 725 and got hols of a brand new 690 black that was forgotten in dealer safe. Absolutely love my 690 Black. Handles nice. Build quality superb.
I would love to see a video on the Beretta 694 vs Blaser F16 out of self interest and the fact that there is no video comparing these two similarly priced shotguns on CZcams!

Thankyou for this Vid Matt I have owned both this and still have a 693 field, I'm so glad you clarified the actions are slightly wider than the 680 series, I have a friend who says that's not true and I have told him they are wider, I definitely feel the difference having owned lots of silver pigeons, I love mine and shot a lot of game with it, to the point my mate has to try and say something negative about it everytime we shoot together 😂

another brilliant video, loved the way you show the woodwork outside in the sunshine, on that gun if I was to be ultra critical I would say the for end looks a bit chubby ( like me🤣🤣) but so pleased to see the channel growing

Why was the 690 series discontinued apart ftom the 694 and ultraleggro, especially when they are Miles ahead of the 680 series ,great review though matt

@@eastfieldgunroom Probably they are still or they start again the production of 690 black/orange ,I see it at the official Beretta website as production model.
Is it the same action and dimensions as the 690 reviewed? And are the actions of the Game versions of the 690 and 691 the same as the Sporters?

I owned a Beretta SV10 Prevail, where does that fit in this guns development, if anywhere.... also why was the SV10 series discontinued ?
Thank you for your comment. The SV10 was in my opinion a good gun and sort of lead the way with Optima HP choking from memory. Not sure why the SV10 was continued but I suspect it is more than likely something to do with the birth of the 690 series, I hope this helps. Kind regards, Matthew
