People will be surprised on how much the band hasimproved since then. If I'm not mistaken, that was one of the first performances with many of the new members and particularly with Mary. I’m sure they’ll rock people’s heart out now, and Mary will prove she’s an outstanding singer especially with the new songs. I must admit I did missed Vibeke though, she's a goddess, but it’s all right now since she’ll be back in the music scene with the project God of Atheist and a new permanet band.

Nesse evento respectivamente o Tristania ainda não estava entrosado por justamente ter havido tantas mudanças na banda... mas recentemente vi alguns vídeos do álbum que eles lançaram em 2013, a banda evoluiu... eles começaram achar o som adequado para o vocal da Mariangela... é uma outra banda sim, se for comparada com o clássico Tristania.. mas isso não quer dizer que eles não possam fazer um som foda... apenas terá outra cara... só isso. Requiem é um ótimo exemplo disso.

Há gostos e gostos, eu vou continuar sempre viúva da antiga formação e teria sido melhor se tivessem colocado uma vocalista no mesmo estilo da vibeke! Nada contra a nova vocalista, mas eu não curto o estilo dela, pq justamente comecei a curtir a banda pela imagem da vibeke e pela atmosfera que a banda tinha com ela. Tristania é uma banda que dá pra ouvir as músicas novas sim, mas eu não sou mais fã da banda, nem gastaria dinheiro comprando CDs deles ou indo aos shows.

Essa formação do Tristania não é nem a sombra do que já foi um dia.
Quem conheceu o Tristania desde o Window's Weeds e Beyond The Veil por exemplo sabe.
A banda perdeu totalmente a identidade. Infelizmente o Anders não conseguiu manter a idéia original da banda após a saída de tantos membros que eram a imagem, som e estilo da mesma.
Hoje quando se ouve o Tristania atual tenho a ligeira impressão de ser outra banda que estou ouvindo.
Sinceramente, não tem nada mais de idêntico com o antigo Tristania. Nada.

It's sad to see what has become of them. They started as one of the best gothic metal bands, "Widow's Weeds" and "Beyond The Veil" are masterpieces of the genre. As long as they had Vibeke on vocals, they were making great music. When she left, they turned into some pop metal band! Honestly, I am not surprised that they have disbanded because Vibeke was so unique and simply impossible to replace. They betrayed their early ideals... the same awful thing happened to Theatre Of Tragedy. I wish Tristania disbanded right after Vibeke's departure instead of hiring a new vocalist and releasing new music that sounds like a joke
