    Lots of people are getting a Canon 4000D and then asking me how to use it for photography so that’s what we are talking about today (:
    Hopefully those of you that asked for a comprehensive guide will be able to try out some of the ideas we discuss in this video today (:

      thanks for this review! Ive been hunting for a new camera. I'm a rather intermediate photographer/ videographer - you can see what I've been up to here on my CZcams channel as well as searching 'RedCatHabitat' on Instagram. I've currently got a old Olympus sp-565uz and a canon vixia hf800. Odd combo right? the Olympus was a hand me down and the canon was an upgrade from my phone for video. I'd like to replace them with something I can use for both purposes. I came across the 4000D while looking for a budget friendly ( ~

    So with the Raw image quality...What are the other image qualities and what are they best for?

    • @KaiCreative
      @KaiCreative  Před 9 měsíci +1

      Hey 👋 The others are jpegs and they already have effects baked in depending on the picture style you choose (standard, neutral etc..) many people just shoot jpeg as they are happy with the look from the camera - also these settings use a lot less memory - so you can take more photos on your SD card before the memory runs out. My suggestion play around with the picture settings and see if you like them. But RAW is the way to go if you want the freedom and flexibility to edit later 🙏🙏🙏

    Thanks for all the technical information. With this model we can achieve multiple double exposure? Where we can find the settings in the device? Merry Christmas!

    Loved the video and was such a great help, would you say the 50mm 1.4 is the best lens to pair with the 4000D?

    Hi Fabian, its a great video, and thanks a lot for that. I do need to ask you however, even in your studio shots where you speak to the camera, there is some sort of a grey color shade, which is very subtle but I still can notice. The way I would describe that is like if I'm seeing you through a slight think blanket of mist or smoke. Sorry if that description does not make sense. Do you get what I mean? Can you tell me how to get rid of that grayish subtle effect and if there is a way to make the video more sharp and crisp? is it the lighting? or camera equipment?

    Thanks for the videos I have purchased this camera based upon watching your videos... I bought the camera for visiting the Grand Prix next week, what kind of settings would you recommend to be able to get good action shots when the vehicles are going at speed??

    Can anyone recommend a good lens (hopefully not too pricey though) for this camera, for taking pictures of houses and buildings? Thanks.

      For house interiors I used a 16-35mm f2.8 lens - you can get a second hand one for a decent price on eBay

      @@KaiCreative Hi, thanks a lot for your reply. I really liked your video. I just love taking pictures of Houses and buildings from the outside, and some are on very narrow streets, so they are very close. I really liked the part about taking the pics in RAW format, so that I could edit them later in Photoshop. That sounds really interesting. Thanks for your help.
