Take it with a grain of salt, brendans short term predictions have been more accurate than long term predictions, I've been watching since jan 2023 and there were 2 predictions for the crash bottom sp 500 2000 n btc 15k for Oct 2023 and April 2024. Now it's next year.

Brendan, I've listened now for over a year to you; and your recession sentiment doesn't match up with the markets. Yes a recession is coming, but probably not this election year. The FED plays nice weather and like you said time is more important than price, so I would say don't mary your bearish mindset. Forecast looks more green than red. Trying to outsmart the markets by shorting is risky and I learned that the hard way.

What are your thoughts on what Powell said about ‘no more rate hikes’ ? Doesn’t that mean they will start the printing press back on? Isn’t that bullish?
Powell is very political and by nature dovish. The interest in nation debt is about $1t now, and Powell knows if he came off hawkish he would send rates higher and markets lower. My personal take on Powell is he has done a horrible job, waited till inflation was 9.1% to hike, and continued to buy Mortgage back securities for months after. Remember Larry Summers (Treasure Secretary under Clinton, used the 1980s calculations for CPI and we weren't at 9.1% we were at 18% if we used the same calculations under Reagan. And now, we are at 8% under that measure. )
This also explains why embedded inflation is 23%, meaning the dollar has lost 23% of its purchasing power since 2020. Family living off of 100k now lives off of 80k.
So, Powell hiked late, didn't hike enough, and now pivoted early in Nov 2023 and sent inflation back up. I would give him an F, and combine that with Biden adding $1t in debt every 100 days, the economy is a paper tiger and will lead eventually to a nasty recession, and we have the elites to thank for that. In order to keep the economy afloat, they need to keep the printing going, and if inflation rises or stays elevated, it is a big warning.
Ultimately the middle class and working class are the victims and it's why Biden has the lowest approval ratings at this point in his presidency in US history, even though the media and Fed continue to talk about a strong and resilient economy.

George Gammon has made awsome video today, saying why is FED lowering amount of dollars, getting out of system (tightening). Thing is, U.S. is in a strange position and timing, when around 60 billion usd are going out of U.S. (I guess big boys are sending dollars into production on other side of the world) every month. In same time when amount of U.S. dollars in the system is tightening.... So liquidity could be big problem in coming months. You got any data about this? (if not, don't sweat). By the way, I always like to watch your streaming.
Hey Alens, yeah, M2 has been contracting, which it has only done 4x since 1929, the other three led to recessions, and one was the great depression. Having said that, 50% of all moneybin circulation has been printed since 2020, and we are running $1t added to debt now every 90 days - that adds liquidity, Fed backed off the taper of $60b per month, to $25b, that adds liquidity- so which one wins out is the question? Administration wants to keep market and economy propped up through election. That's why I'm tracking my plan A and Plan B scenarios, the blow off top in mid November, or the lower high scenario. Not sure which we will get, and imo this is a catalyst driven market. Meaning, Job numbers came in "weaker" and market rallied, it was a catalyst for a cut, next week is CPI, if it comes in hot, could see a dump, and that's the new catalyst. We are just moving catalyst to catalyst. But if the retracement plays out to the fractal, we have nice trade down and ride it back up for blow off or lower high
